Operator Information

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using UN:VOX (the Service) provided by DeepRox (the Operator). All users who use the Service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Overview

UN:VOX is a service that provides a space for companies and candidates to understand each other through questions, stories, and dialogue before deciding to meet. AI assists by organizing what users share so that humans can read, feel, and decide. The Service is not a tool that scores, ranks, or automatically makes hiring decisions about candidates.

3. Registration

Any person who wishes to use the Service must complete the registration procedures determined by the Operator after agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Operator may refuse or restrict registration if the applicant:

• is likely to violate these Terms
• has provided false information
• has previously received a suspension under these Terms
• is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Operator

4. Account Management

Users are responsible for carefully managing their account information, including registered email address and password. The Operator is not liable for any damage caused by insufficient management, usage errors, or third-party use of a user's account.

5. Information Provided by Users

Users may provide company information, job openings, candidate profiles, stories, dialogue content, chat messages, and other information to the Service. Users warrant that the information they provide is accurate and up to date, does not infringe the rights of third parties, and does not violate laws or regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• harass, discriminate against, threaten, or defame other users
• provide false or misleading information
• use the Service for scoring, ranking, or automated candidate selection
• act in violation of laws or public order and morals
• infringe the rights or interests of the Operator or third parties
• interfere with the operation of the Service or engage in unauthorized access or tampering
• use another user's account without authorization
• use the Service for sales, solicitation, or advertising without prior Operator approval

7. Role of AI

AI in the Service functions only as an assistant that organizes and edits information shared by users. AI does not score, rank, or automatically make hiring decisions about candidates. All hiring decisions, selection outcomes, and determinations regarding whether to proceed with interviews are made by humans.

8. Founding Company Program

The Service may operate the "Founding Company Program," in which up to 10 companies are invited as initial partners. Participation conditions, screening criteria, free period, and paid transition conditions are governed by these Terms and any separate conditions set by the Operator.

9. Free Period

Companies participating in the Program will generally receive a 6-month free period. The start date and calculation basis of the free period are determined individually by the Operator. Even during the free period, users must comply with these Terms and any separate conditions set by the Operator.

10. Transition to Paid Plans

After the free period ends, if a user wishes to transition to a paid plan, the Operator will present the paid plan fees and conditions. Transition to a paid plan will occur only when the user explicitly agrees to the presented fees and conditions. Specific prices will be presented at the time of transition, and the Operator will explain the fees before the transition.

11. Cancellation

Users may cancel their contract through procedures on the Service or through other methods specified by the Operator. Specific cancellation procedures and conditions are determined separately by the Operator. Even after cancellation, certain data may be retained for a limited period for billing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

Copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Operator or rightful owners. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use content provided through the Service beyond the scope of personal use. Rights to information posted or provided by users belong to the users. However, users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such information to the extent necessary for the provision, improvement, and promotion of the Service.

13. Changes and Suspension of the Service

The Operator may change, add, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service after notifying users in advance. In emergencies or due to technical or operational necessity, the Operator may provide post-hoc notice in lieu of advance notice.

14. Disclaimer

The Operator makes no warranties regarding the content of the Service, interactions between users, or hiring outcomes. The Operator is not liable for any damage incurred by users or third parties in connection with the use of the Service, except where the Operator has acted with willful misconduct or gross negligence. Even if the Operator's liability is recognized, the Operator's liability is limited to the scope of ordinary and direct damages.

15. Account Suspension and Usage Restrictions

The Operator may, without prior notice, suspend or delete a user's account or restrict their use of the Service if the user violates these Terms or if the Operator deems such action necessary for the operation of the Service.

16. Handling of Personal Information

The handling of personal information in the Service is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may change these Terms at any time. The revised Terms become effective when published on the Service or on the effective date specified by the Operator. If a user continues to use the Service after a Terms revision, the user is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
